Some organisations would like more control over there production process for websites. We offer a Project Based Content Mangement facility. This is an optional extra.
Therefore you can create projects as you need them with a start date and an end date. Then you assign people to the projects who are registered Wired Desk users. After this people can only work on content who have been assigned to a project for that website area.
When a project reaches it's end date no more new content can be changed in relation to that project. You are allowed to finish your outstanding work.
Project Management Made Simple
Wired Desk allows a person with "Approver" privilege to find work being done on a project basis and even broken down to just an individuals work in that project.
Management reports on the progress of the project can be done for all projects, individual projects and individual users. They come in summary form and detailed form.
A detailed management report also gets a spreadsheet version (CSV file) of the report, so you can download it to your PC. This gives you the ability to apply your own look and macros to the information - even make bar charts, graphs,etc.
